HR + Kiosk Full Setup

Full setup guide for admin operations and kiosk deployment. For kiosk-only onboarding, use /setup.

Quick Setup Flow

Step 1

HR/Admin Login

Sign in using HR/Admin credentials provided by the internal admin owner.

Step 2

Setup Kiosk

Select office and generate OTP setup code for the kiosk device.

Step 3

Configure Device

Open kiosk screen on the device and enter OTP to claim office kiosk.

Step 4

Start Attendance

Use the configured kiosk daily for Punch In and Punch Out.

Kiosk Setup Step-by-Step

Step 1: Login to HR/Admin panel

Inputs Required

  • Username/Email and password shared by the internal admin owner
  • Click Login

What to do: Open the link, enter credentials, then click Login.

Expected result: Admin panel opens with Mark Attendance, View Attendance, Setup Kiosk, and Devices.

Step 2: Generate kiosk setup OTP for an office

Inputs Required

  • Select Office/Hotel where kiosk will be installed
  • Enter Device Name (example: DEL-HQ Attendance Kiosk)
  • Click Generate OTP

What to do: Generate OTP and note the code with expiry shown on screen.

Expected result: Setup OTP is created and ready for kiosk configuration.

Step 3: Configure kiosk device using OTP

Inputs Required

  • Enter Setup Code (OTP from Step 2)
  • Click Configure Kiosk

What to do: Open kiosk link on physical kiosk device, enter OTP, and complete setup.

Expected result: Device gets assigned to selected office and opens kiosk attendance panel.

Step 4: Mark attendance from kiosk (daily use)

Inputs Required

  • Allow camera permission in browser
  • Capture employee face and choose Punch In or Punch Out when prompted

What to do: Keep kiosk on this screen and process employees one by one.

Expected result: Face verification runs and attendance is recorded for configured office.

Step 5: Switch to kiosk employees view

Inputs Required

  • Tap top-right menu icon
  • Choose Employees
  • Select date as needed

What to do: Use menu to move from Mark Attendance to attendance list view.

Expected result: Kiosk office attendance list becomes visible.

Step 6: Review office attendance list on kiosk

Inputs Required

  • Use date filter
  • Tap Refresh after updates

What to do: Check employee status and scroll list for check-in/check-out information.

Expected result: Readable office-wise attendance view is available directly on kiosk.

Step 7: View attendance across offices (Admin)

Inputs Required

  • Admin login credentials from internal owner
  • Select hotel/office
  • Select attendance date

What to do: Use View Attendance section with office/date filters.

Expected result: Admin can monitor attendance records and status by office.
